We believe renewable energy creates opportunity for everyone.  We've partnered with Green Careers Dallas, a local non-profit, to hire graduates of the GCD solar installation training program. GCD's mission is to disrupt poverty through green career training and community education.  GCD's solar installation training program provides a life-changing opportunity to earn a living wage in a growing industry. We engage with our community, partnering with Green Careers Dallas helping build a solar training facility in Southern Dallas and serving as instructors for their solar installation classes.
