Experienced
We only send experienced solar technicians to your home to take measurements for your project and record the energy use of specific devices in your home. Satellite photos are useful, but they are no substitute for seeing things with your own eyes.

Skygate Solar is family-owned and operated business. We are also native Texans who’ve spent time exploring our great state. Growing up, both our families loved camping, gardening, and caring for animals. Though our family roots are in the country, we’ve loved living Dallas since 1989, near our beloved White Rock Lake.
Mark is both owner of Skygate Solar as well as Lead Instructor for Green Careers Dallas which his wife, Tracy Wallace, co-founded in 2016. Green Careers Dallas is a 501(c)3 nonprofit which works to disrupt poverty in South and southern Dallas through green career training and community education.
Mark has designed courses for entry-level solar installers, crew leads and solar for journeyman—all with a focus on quality workmanship and safety.
